“ Delayed review but we stopped here after a hike and got drinks and snacks, the chicken bites were tasty and I really enjoyed the Purplest. If you like sours then try that, the michelada is good as well. We will definitely come back one day. ”

Not to say the burgers are not good in the fries but last time I was in I had the fish and chips and they get 10 stars! ”
“ My hubby is up here working and comes here all the time and tells me how good it is. I came up to visit and made him bring me! I am so glad we did! We sat at the bar and ordered a round of drinks since we had all night and wanted to hang out and enjoy the environment. Amy was the bartender and I ordered a Lavender Lemonade... it was sooo good! She made it perfectly! I highly recommend it! My hubby got a red ale. It is a nitro brew and it had a really smooth taste. I always like to try classic drinks at different bars so I ordered a vodka soda with a lime. Wow! It was strong, but not overpowering...it was just right! Kuddos to Amy! As far as food goes we decided to start with the fried pickle chips and they did not disappoint. I wasnt in the mood for anything too heavy, so I opted to get the lettuce wraps from the appetizer menu as my dinner. They were very good! Good flavor, the lettuce wraps were a pretty good size, and I really enjoyed them. I wouldn't mind ordering them again as an appetizer the next time, because after tasting my hubby's french dip I know what I'm getting as my main dish! The french dip was so good! Bread was perfect and did not get fall apart soggy, the meat was nice and tender with excellent flavor, and the french fries were the perfect side to compliment the sandwich. The only complaint he had with it (that he always has) is that they do not give you enough au jus. Most of the servers we came in contact with were friendly, and helped if we needed anything or had a question. The atmosphere is laid back and just a nice place to hang out. They closed at 10 and we ended up staying until closing, but we never felt rushed to leave or like they were annoyed that we were still there. It's a great spit with good food and great drinks. I'm curious to come back and try their brunch the next time I come to visit. ”
“ We were greeted by these young hip people who laid out who the whole experience was going to go. Our waitress was super sweet. We love to stop by after a long hike. The food... was to die for. The Brussel sprouts, 11/10 our salad, 12/10. Our drinks, 10000/10. We will most definitely return ”
“ They have good burgers here, and the servers are always friendly. They also have a vegan substitute for the burger patty. It's a grain based patty and tastes quite good. The garlic cheese loaf with balsamic is really good, but don't just take pieces off of the top. Make sure to cut it up and get butter and garlic mixed around with the bread. They also have lots of other entrees and appetizers. Soup and salad options are a bit light. And don't forget dessert. Their brownie with ice cream is not bad. However, I prefer their bread pudding but they don't always have it. ”
“ This place is such an incredible hidden gem! Anytime we are on our way up the mountain to Tahoe we have to stop here!! I look forward to my visit every time! The food is ALWAYS so good! And the drinks are amazing too. The service is always spot on and everyone is so sweet and helpful. The vibe and ambiance is always so much fun! I love their take on a frose! It's so unique and a must order. All of their sandwiches are delicious and the Bloody Mary is solid! If you're in the area you have to visit!! ”
“ On our way back home, we decided to make a stop in downtown Auburn for lunch. When we arrived, it did not appear to be too busy, yet we had to wait for the hostess to arrive. She did not seem particularly pleased to be working, and when we politely requested a booth, she informed us that we would have to wait. We had no issue with waiting, but her attitude made us consider leaving. However, we are grateful that we decided to stay, as the rest of the staff was very pleasant. Our waiter, Jonathan, was exceptionally delightful, in stark contrast to the hostess. We decided to begin our meal by ordering the pickle chips. For our main course, my husband ordered the Brewmaster's burger cooked medium well, with sweet potato fries. I opted for the Alehouse burger with fries. Despite the lack of customers, there was a considerable delay in the arrival of our food. However, everything arrived fresh and hot. The pickle chips were an absolute delight, perfectly crispy and seasoned. We couldn't stop raving about their deliciousness. My burger, though simple in appearance, was exceptionally juicy and flavorful, the best I've ever had. The fries could have been crispier, but that was our oversight for not requesting it beforehand. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his burger as well, finding it to be perfectly cooked and satisfying. The entire experience was very good, despite the rude hostess. We will definitely be returning again, just hopefully there is a different hostess next time. ”
“ This is a great spot to watch games! Yhr bar has good seating with several TV's available. The food was tasty and came out quick! The cheese loaf was a great app but be careful if you want to eat your entree - it's extremely filling. Our server, Kelly, was super attentive and had great drink and food recommendations. Lots of people go out to eat at 430-45...it's cute little tavern we waited 10 minutes to be spoke to but she was very polite, ordered the alehouse Burger, Shanghai chicken salad, and alehouse pretzel., a beer Everything was definitely on point! The pretzel is a must with the cheese sauce! Yummm this is definitely one of the best burgers I've had in a month or so, and I'm a hamburger guy! My wives salad was very good. Overall this is the second time I've been here and both times they were on point... 75$ bill today's standards is about right...if in you ever go to auburn wry nice place to eat! Gave it a five star and that doesn't halt with me very much!! ”
